Mike joined Quality Mill in 2014 with 40 years of industry experience. He started his career in 1976 by working in shipping-receiving at Jack Raper Industrial Supply, a family company. He purchased Jack Raper Industrial Supply from his father in 1995 and sold the company to the Gilbert family in 2010.

At Quality Mill, Mike is part of the team that secured the MPT Integration, keeping clients happy and increasing sales. As Northern Regional Sales Manager, Mike manages 5 salespeople and 1 Key Account Manager. Mike works directly with the Muncie and Fort Wayne branches. One of his main responsibilities is taking care of the Zimmer/Biomet facilities in the medical business in Warsaw.
